Hulo Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and food options, the service needs improvement, and the rooms had some issues. Overall, it was decent for the price, but there were definitely some letdowns.

The hotel has a great location, being within walking distance to Berjaya Time Square and Pavilion, which I found really convenient. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped and could use some improvements, like a table or chair. While the staff was friendly, there were some service hiccups that could use more attention. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but manage your expectations about the amenities.
